Spiritus Ensemble will perform Bach’s cantata, ‘Ein feste Burg ist unser Gott’ (‘A mighty fortress is our God’) as part of a Bach Vespers for Reformation Sunday, on October 26 at 4 p.m., at The Church of St John the Evangelist, 23 Water Street, Kitchener.
Soloists for this first Bach Vespers of the season are
Sheila Dietrich, soprano;
Carol Ann Treitz, alto;
Steve Surian, tenor; and
Kirk Lackenbauer, bass;
Kenneth Hull, conductor.
