Batter:
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water + 1 tablespoon vinegar

Instructions:
Mix dry ingredients together.
Mix liquid ingredients together.
Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients and beat well.

Use thawed fish and pat dry so there is no moisture on the fish.

Heat cooking oil to 375 degrees.

Dip fish into batter using two forks – not tongs.

Deep fry fish for 4 minutes (flip during frying) and drain on paper towels.
